I AM IN EMPLOYMENT

The Pension Reform Act of 2004 makes it mandatory for all employed citizens to plan for the future by opening a Retirement Savings Account (RSA). The scheme allows for the mandatory remittance of 15% of your monthly Basic, Housing and Transport allowances by your employer made up of 7.5% deduction from the employee (2.5%, in case of the military) and 7.5% contributed by the employer.
Opening an RSA with Leadway Pensure PFA provides you with a great platform of opportunities and comfort as you prepare for retirement. Youu can open an RSA with Leadway Pensure from anywhere. You can download and fill our RSA Form. Alternatively, you may call any of our offices nationwide to request an officer to come and register you.

When the duly completed RSA form is received, it is processed and you would be issued a Retirement Savings Account Number which is the same as your PENCOM Personal Identification Number (PENCOM PIN). This would be communicated to you via sms, a welcome letter and via email. Please notify your employer of your registration status once you get your PIN. Your monthly contributions will be made on your behalf to us by your employer.
